Tell me when to Glow: A Neon Rave!!!
Now we have to start creating the prom our way. And what better way to do this would be to create our own neon/glow prom outfits! That's right! Here is what you need to know:

Are you creating a design? Here are some helpful tips:
◉ Don't copy anyone else's designs. Be creative!
◉ Look for some inspiration online. Artists also use inspiration. Such as, would looking at this picture you inspire you some in making an outfit? (AKA: You're neon rave glow outfit!)
◉ Think of what you are going to do first. The hair? The outfit?
◉ Think of how complex your design will be. If it will be more complex, it would probably take longer.
◉ TAKE YOUR TIME! Rushing won't do any good. This could lead to squiggly lines, etc.
◉ Look up some tutorials online. Have you ever seen a Woozen's design and thought of, oh wow, that shading is wonderful! And you don't know how to do it? Looking up some tips online will be sure to help!
◉ You may share your design, but I recommend not sharing it until the contest is over or until Woozworld announces the winners. Many people don't like doing their own work, and they can steal your designs! Signing your name can help, but some woozens can edit around it and make your name disappear.
