I'm Lulu7ice, and today, since I'm in a bit of a hurry, I decided to make a quick introduction to Anxiety, since I'm going to do lots of posts about it, aside from updates, fashion, or baking tips. Here's a quick intro for all of you curious bursties!

- ♥ A feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome.♥
Anxiety is nothing you can control, you can have it on any possible moment, depending on how severe it is. If you have anxiety that rarely gets to you, then you will have it at more serious moments, while others can get anxiety over small things. It depends on how severe it is. Anxiety is something that most people suffer with, and it should be taken seriously. No matter how small the thing is that you are having an anxiety attack over, it can still cause you to end up in the hospital if you start to hyperventilate, or pass out. This is a very serious topic, and I'm here whenever you need advice on it, just message me or post on my Wallz at Lulu7ice. ♥
