     In my opinion this quote means that as long as you never give up on your team, your friends, your allies, they will always give you positive feedback. "If you try and lose, then it isn't  your fault." That specific line from the quote shows that you weren't going to give up, you kept trying and trying; though it led to failure, you were the one who wasn't willing to give up. Your determination for victory took you a long a way, you have earned the higher level of respect from your team. Because of your failure, you may or may not feel abashed when you shouldn't, everyone is still on your side and know you will learn from your mistakes.
     It takes one person and their level of eagerness to lead and command an entire army. Its takes courage and uniqueness to be the opposite of what everyone expects of you to be. It takes the peace inside of you to turn a war into the start of a friendship, and it takes one person to do all of that. Through it all you are not alone, there will always be if no one, then only one person to believe in you. You will fight for that person and you will be different for whom ever believes in you.
