FLOWER CROWN
Things you will need:
wire
nail polish
optional - ribbon
Step 1: Make a few wires in the shape of a flower
Step 2: Add nail polish between the circle of each wire
Step 3: Cut a wire the same size as your head
Step 4: Twist on all the flower shaped wires once there dried to the circle shaped wire
Step 5: Add a ribbon for a more girly look
Step 6: Your done and enjoy
