Woozworld Burst: Rare For Rare Trade Centers? :o

Hey there, Woozens! Recently there have been many rare for rare trades centers. Whats the main thing to do at these events? Trade rares for rares, DUH. xD Anyway The Quenstion is, Who started this? There are about 3 or 5 a day. The First time I saw one of these was about a month ago..and When I saw it I was just like: Rare for rare huh.... xD Anyways if you wanna, you know, trade your rares for other rares, this is the place.
