Winter Break is almost over D: / How to deal with stress

Hey guys Kiid here for a late night post because I forgot today was my posting day ;o I forgot what day it was tbh. Anyways how was y'alls New Years? Mine was great, fireworks everywhere, and food :D I hope you guys spent some time with family and friends XD

Anyways, as the title says, winter break is almost over :( Meaning back to school! eww xD But I'm gonna be glad to see my friends again since I didn't get to see them during winter because they were all in another city ._. But I'm glad to see them :D I'm not looking forward to school at all xD More homework and stress! But there is someways to make sure stress doesn't get to you, here's some!

Make sure to take time off from school work and spend sometime online or relaxing.
Take 10 minute breaks after finishing an assignment, otherwise your brain will be tired!
Don't spend all your time online, make sure to do some work or you'll stress out thinking about it.
Make a plan on how you'll do your homework but still be with friends.
Eat a small snack while doing homework, it helps!
