Sorry I've been gone so long! My Volleyball Team won Thursday and Friday and on Saturday we lost :( oh well, now my volleyball season is over so I have to do Off Season =-= I just started yesterday and we had to do these exercises called burpee's 10 times for each 3 cones :'( the 3rd time every time I went down I felt like I was gonna throw up, so FEAR THE BURPEE'S.
